You can conveniently pay your bill online using the payment link below.
When completing the form, please enter the patient’s name and account number in the Reference ID field to ensure your payment is applied to the correct account.
Once you click “Send Link,” a secure payment link will be sent to you by email or text message, based on your selection. You can then complete your payment for the amount you specified.
Please Note: Online payments must be $25 or more. If your balance is less than $25, please call our office at 309-663-2526, option 2, to speak with our billing department. We will be happy to assist you with making a payment over the phone.
